Practice Setting

  • Supported by up to 2 staff members per provider by an LPN or MA


Schedule

  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8 AM - 5 PM
  • Tuesday: 8 AM - 6 PM
  • Friday: 8 AM - 1 PM


Cases and Procedures

  • Primary Care and Chronic Disease Management
  • Standard Sick and Well Visits
  • Women's Health


Requirements

  • Board Certified in Family or Adult
  • Licensed to practice in South Carolina with CSR and DEA
